HOW TO USE

Cooking & Seasoning
The clay-baking process removes harsh bitterness, giving SheSalt™ a milder taste compared with ordinary salts while delivering depth and richness of flavor.

Start with just a pinch. If it doesn't scream "salty!" at you, that's totally normal 😍

Morning Purification
Mouth Cleaning & Gargling: Add 1/2 tsp of SheSalt™ to 4 oz of water gargling for a minute or two. Longer is better.

For Morning Hydration: Add 1/4-1/2 tsp of SheSalt™ to 16 oz of water and drink on an empty stomach. Add a few slices of lemon if you desire.


Post Workout
Recovering from losing electrolytes after sweating, add 1/8-1/4 tsp of SheSalt™ to 16-34 oz of water and drink after your workout. 


Evening Grounding
As the sun sets, our body's biology gradually shifts into a resting and detoxing mode. 

Add 1/8 tsp of SheSalt™ to 8 oz of water.

After harvesting, the sea salt is sealed in a premium raw clay jar and baked in a clay cave at 790°C for 12 hours.
